No license required to apply. If you're not licensed yet, we'll point you to what you need — most people knock the exam out in days. Already licensed? We'll get you contracted fast.

What does 100% commission actually mean? +

You keep every dollar you earn from day one — no override split to us, no marketing fees skimmed off the top. Contracts are street-level and competitive across all 30+ carriers. There is no cap.

Is this MLM or pyramid structure? +

No. TruVera is a traditional independent insurance agency. You earn by placing policies — not by recruiting anyone. No buy-ins, no mandatory purchases, no downlines, no nonsense. Just commissions from real sales.

Can I work remotely from any state? +

Yes — fully remote, no exceptions required. You'll need a Life & Health license in your home state. Adding non-resident licenses to write in other states is straightforward. Our team is spread across the country.

How quickly can I start earning? +

Most agents are contracted and writing within their first week. Onboarding is structured but fast — there's no extended training runway before you're allowed to produce. If you're ready to move, we'll match pace.
